No, but really, I just had to share this ASAP as you know I love a good foil recipe.

It’s dead-simple with pretty much zero clean-up.

You know the deal.

Serve in the foil, and you’re set. Plus, you know you can’t go wrong with lemon and dill!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill, or more, to taste
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 2 pounds salmon
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together butter, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, dill, salt and pepper, to taste.
  • Place salmon onto prepared baking sheet and fold up all 4 sides of the foil. Spoon the butter mixture over the salmon. Fold the sides of the foil over the salmon, covering completely and sealing the packet closed.

  • Serve immediately, garnished with dill, if desired.
