Easy Cheesy Breadsticks

The easiest, cheesiest breadsticks ever made <30 min from start to finish! Great as an appetizer or even for pizza night!

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup yellow cornmeal
  • 1 (13.8-ounce can) refrigerated classic pizza crust
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Lightly coat a baking sheet or pizza pan with olive oil.
  2. Working on a surface that has been sprinkled with cornmeal, roll out the pizza into a 12-inch-rectangle. Transfer to prepared baking sheet or pizza pan.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together butter, garlic and Italian seasoning.
  4. Brush butter mixture over the surface of the dough in an even layer, leaving a 1/2-inch border; sprinkle with mozzarella.
  5. Place into oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese has melted.
  6. Serve immediately.
