I have a weird relationship with butternut squash. I like it in chunks when it’s tossed in with some pasta but after a couple of bites, I’m completely over it. But the funny thing about it is that I am head-over-heels in love with butternut squash puree. Bizarre, right?
Stovetop Butternut Macaroni and Cheese
I don’t think I’ve ever met anyone who disliked macaroni and cheese. I mean, it’s several kinds of cheeses melted together, which is then tossed in some pasta, preferably pasta noodles with holes in them so the sauce can get caught in those crevices.
