Kalbi Steak Kimchi Grilled Cheese #SundaySupper

Before I get into this week’s amazing #SundaySupper installment celebrating family heritage, I want to take a moment to share an amazing Shakespeare project created for children, called Kinderbard, that has been put together by Jason’s sister’s family including his insanely cute five year old niece, Sherman.
Pork Bulgogi and Kimchi Spring Rolls

For someone who loves spring rolls just as much as I do, it’s definitely not made enough in our house. I keep thinking that it’s just too much prep work but it’s actually one of the simplest dinners you could make. All that really needs to be done is to set up the ingredients as an assembly line and then assemble the spring rolls. Simple enough, right?
Korean Curry

I packed my bags along with every single piece of cookware that I own and made the long 5 hour trek to San Francisco to visit the boyfriend. It was a bit hard adjusting to the new kitchen but since there is a working stove and oven, I can’t complain too much.
Korean-Style Pork Wraps with Chili Sauce

I can’t believe I’ve never made lettuce wraps before. They’re so easy to make and so much fun to eat! I really enjoyed the chili sauce, although I completely underestimated its spiciness the first time around because I was suffering quite a bit, even after stuffing 10 banana chips into my mouth to offset the spiciness. But the best part of these lettuce wraps are the leftovers because all you really need to do is heat up the pork and since you already have your lettuce and cooked rice, breakfast, lunch, and dinner is set in less than 5 minutes!
