Banana Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Muffins
Sitting down to a complete breakfast meal is a bit of a challenge for me. See, my morning ritual involves waking up at 6:30AM while constantly slamming on the snooze button, leaving me to wake up at 7:00AM. By then, I’m obviously so late to work, yet I still check my email, my blog comments, my twitter, my Facebook and my Pinterest accounts. Yeah, it’s exhausting.
Blueberry Oatmeal Muffins with Granola Crumb Topping
Between my full-time day job and my full-time blog job, it can be a bit exhausting. That’s why I’m always on the lookout to simplify my time spent in the kitchen during the insane mornings where I’m struggling to get out the door before 7:30AM or when I’m too tired to cook after a 10-hr work day.
Pumpkin Nutella Swirl Oatmeal Muffins
I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving! I had the best Thanksgiving of all where I was surrounded by such a loving family and a wonderful spread of such amazing dishes.
#MuffinMonday: Raspberry Spiced Muffins with Crumb Topping and a Giveaway! (GIVEAWAY CLOSED)
Boy do I have a fun giveaway for you guys today! But first, let’s talk about food.
Ever since I started food blogging and cooking at home 95% of the time, I actually can’t handle certain restaurant-type foods. I just went to a dim sum lunch yesterday and as good as the food was, I actually began to feel nauseous the minute we left the restaurant. It wasn’t like I-have-food-poisoning-type-nausea but it was more like my body couldn’t handle all the greasiness I just devoured 10 minutes ago. It’s really amazing as to how your body gets used to all the clean eating from home.
