Juicy, flavorful Korean chicken bowls made with the easiest marinade ever! Serve with your choice of grain/rice and desired toppings (cabbage, carrots, avocado, cilantro, soft-boiled eggs). SO GOOD.

In a medium bowl, combine pear, soy sauce, cilantro, gochujang, sesame oil, brown sugar, ginger, and garlic. Marinate chicken in a soy sauce mixture and marinate.

FOR THE CHICKEN

STEP 1

Preheat grill to medium heat. Add the marinated chicken to the grill, and cook.

STEP 2

Heat sesame oil in a small skillet over medium-high heat. Add kimchi and sugar, and cook, stirring constantly, until caramelized and heated through; set aside.

FOR THE KIMCHI

STEP 3

Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions.

FOR THE BOWLS

STEP 4

Divide rice into bowls. Top with chicken, kimchi, cabbage, carrots, avocado, cilantro, and eggs, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
