Avocado Club Sandwich with Spicy Chipotle Pepper Spread

Ingredients
8slicesapplewood smoked bacon
1baguette, cut into 3-4 equal pieces, toasted, for serving
4tablespoonsHidden Valley Spicy Chipotle Pepper Sandwich Spread & Dip, or more to taste
2cupsbaby arugula
2Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
1avocado, halved, seeded, peeled and thinly sliced
8ouncessliced honey roasted turkey
Instructions
Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Add the bacon and cook until brown and crispy, about 6-8 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate; set aside.
Spread 1/2 tablespoon sandwich spread over 1 side of each bread slice. Top with arugula, tomatoes, avocado, turkey and bacon, and then top with another slice of bread, to create a sandwich. Repeat with remaining slices of bread to make 4 sandwiches.
