garlic

small red onion

roughly chopped

jalapeño

seeded and roughly chopped

fresh cilantro leaves

lime

Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

Tortilla chips

Instructions
Combine diced tomatoes, garlic, onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, salt and pepper, to taste, in blender until smooth.
Serve with tortilla chips.
