Transform your leftovers into the easiest and most amazing post-Thanksgiving sandwich. It will be the BEST grilled cheese!

Ingredients

sourdough bread
4
tablespoons
Dijon mustard
8
ounces
Monterey Jack cheese
,
sliced
12
ounces
roasted turkey
,
sliced
8
tablespoons
cranberry sauce
4
tablespoons
unsalted butter
,
at room temperature
Instructions
Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
Spread 4 slices of bread with Dijon mustard. Layer with cheese, turkey and cranberry sauce; top with remaining bread.
Spread outsides of sandwiches with butter, spreading butter all the way to to the edges of the bread.
Place sandwiches in the skillet, pressing down lightly with the back of a spatula. Cover and cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Serve immediately.
