Ingredients

canned corn kernels

drained

jalapeño
,
seeded and diced

cup
diced red onion

tablespoons
chopped fresh cilantro leaves

tablespoons
freshly squeezed lime juice

teaspoon
sugar

teaspoon
salt

avocado
,
halved, seeded, peeled and diced
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine corn, jalapeño, red onion cilantro, lime juice, sugar and salt. Stir in avocado.
Serve immediately.
