It’s September which can only mean one thing. Football season is now here!
Well, it actually starts in one week but we can have all of our tailgating needs ready and prepared before it all starts so I have partnered with Weber Grills and Eat Shrimp to bring you the most epic appetizer ever.
Now the kind folks over at Weber Grills sent me the Weber Q 1200 Portable Gas Grill, a tabletop powerhouse that can withstand frequent use and transport for all of your grilling needs, which is obviously a must for football season. And this grill will take your tailgating to the next level, with this perfectly grilled cajun shrimp nestled on top of a crisp wonton cup filled with guacamole.
Yes, there’s a lot happening here but it’s such an easy recipe, I promise. You can even bake the wonton cups ahead of time, and if you’re really short on time, you can also use store-bought guacamole.
Either way, no one will be watching the game when these babies are served!
