Ingredients
2tablespoonsunsalted butter
1 (16-ounce)bagbaby carrots
2tablespoonshoney
2tablespoonsbrown sugar, packed
2tablespoonschopped fresh dill
1tablespoonchopped fresh thyme leaves
Instructions
Melt butter in a large cast iron skillet over medium heat. Add carrots, honey, brown sugar, dill and thyme and gently toss to combine. Cook, stirring occasionally, until carrots are tender, about 15 minutes.*
Serve immediately.
