A fun twist on traditional guacamole with added sweetness and Sriracha spiciness!

Ingredients
2avocados, halved, seeded and peeled
1mango, peeled and diced
3tablespoonsminced red onion
2tablespoonschopped fresh cilantro leaves
1teaspoonSriracha*, or more to taste
Juice of 1 lime
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
In a small bowl, gently mash avocados using a potato masher. Add mango, red onion, cilantro, Sriracha, lime juice, salt and pepper, to taste, and gently toss to combine.
Serve immediately.
Notes
*Sriracha is an Asian-style hot chili sauce and can be found in the Asian section of your local grocery store.
