Nice recipes. I especially like the chicken wonton soup and the lettuce wraps. However, it’s a misconception that the saturated fat in beef is unhealthy. Organic, grass-fed beef is quite healthy in moderation (like most things). Dr. Mercola has many articles about healthy fats on his website, and Dr. Malcolm Kendrick recently posted an article on his website about how saturated fat cannot raise LDL cholesterol.

Also, I never said that ground beef is unhealthy. I simply said that ground chicken and ground turkey is healthier. 🙂
