Garlic Parmesan Roasted Shrimp
The easiest roasted shrimp cocktail ever made with just 5 min prep. Yes, it’s just that easy!
If you’re ever in need of a quick and easy appetizer, look no further because this can be made in 5 min. Yes. 5 min.
Although if your shrimp isn’t already peeled, it may take a little longer – say 12 minutes – but still. Once they are peeled and ready to go, you are set! All you need is olive oil, garlic, freshly grated Parmesan and some pantry spices. That’s it.
Once they’ve been roasted to that glorious orange perfection, go ahead and add that squeeze of lemon juice. Easy peasy, right?

I love that you post the nutritional information with your recipes. Thank you!
Great recipe! I doubled the amount of oregano and basil (I like strongly flavored food) and they were perfect! Thank you!
This is my first time ever to leave a comment, I’m not that kind of girl BUT I feel strongly that I should thank you, because I have tried many of your meals and every single one of them are fantastic Really appreciate you and looking forward to what you post in the future
This looks amazing! Only 5 Weight Watchers Points!
Could you serve these cold or room temp as the appetizer? I want to make them before my party and serve them not right of the oven. Thoughts, please?
Thanks
I personally think that these are best when served immediately but I know that some people like their shrimp cocktail cold or at room temp so it’s really up to you!
Thanks!
And these certainly DO look damn delicious! I’ll try these next shrimp I buy. Thanks so much!
It looks like you serve these with a sauce – is that cocktail sauce or marinara sauce?
Dor, I served these with cocktail sauce.
I have some precooked frozen shrimp. Would I use the same cooking temp and time?
I want to make these for a Christmas family gathering on 12/20/2014
Thanks!
Kathleen, it is best to use uncooked shrimp. By using precooked shrimp, you will run the risk of overcooking the shrimp, yielding a rough, rubbery texture.
I made this as the entree for dinner tonight with broccolini. Quick and easy and very tasty!!
Looks soooo good. Will do this for sure for the upcoming holidays.
Question – the picture looks like there is a fresh green sprinkled on top….is that parsley?
Yes! It’s included in the recipe 🙂
I love roasted shrimp, these are perfection!
There´s nothing better than shrimp and garlic. I love it! The photos are also unbeliavable X)
These shrimp are going to be just perfect when my family and I get together before Christmas. (We can’t all be together at Christmas…) We call it Our Roy Christmas and gather together every year, usually around the 13th of December. Just last night I was thinking I needed one more appetizer idea – and now I’ve found it. These look awesome!!
Easy and delicious! I just made meatloaf and added garlic and parmesan in it too, DamnDelicious-style 😀 I hope you enjoy your weekend 🙂 x
