Baked Green Bean Fries
Healthy, nutritious fries that you can eat guilt-free. And they’re baked to absolute crisp-perfection!
Christmas is fast-approaching, and if our Christmas feast is going to be anything like our Thanksgiving feast, I’m in need of some fat pants and a huge serving of these green bean fries.
Now I don’t know about you guys but being the pathological snacker that I am, these come in super handy, especially when you pile on that Ranch dipping sauce. After all, it all evens out since these are baked, saving you on a ton of calories!

I want to make these for a potluck. Do you think they will stay crunchy enough if I make them an hour before serving?
These are actually best when served immediately.
These sound like the beans I had in Myrtle beach last year at an Applebee’s I think it was. I hope it is because they were absolutely delicious. Can’t wait to try them.
Can’t wait to try these. I love the fried ones, but avoid fried foods. Great post, thank you.
I do these with garden fresh green beans all the time. My flour mixture is House Autry Chicken breading mix & italian style Bread crumbs. It drizzle the pan with avacado oil. It mayhelp to boil the fresh gredn beans a bit, depends when picked.
