Garlic Bread Croissants
The absolute BEST kind of garlic bread – it’s truly irresistible and you won’t be able to stop eating this until they’re all gone!
You haven’t really experienced garlic bread until you’ve tried it in croissant form.
Yes, garlic bread exists in many entities – from crescent rolls to French bread, but this form really takes the cake.
From the buttery, flaky croissants slathered with even more buttery garlicky goodness, you just can’t go wrong here.
You can’t forget about the freshly grated Parmesan cheese either. It’s truly an irresistible combo that will have you reaching for all the croissants before you even hit your main dish. No joke.
And please use fresh Parmesan. I highly discourage the use of that green can!

The recipe turned out great. What I did for a further step, is once they were done, I took them out of the oven, and then put caprese salad on them (fresh mozzarella, sliced tomato and basil leaves, a bit more fresh mozzarella, then put them back in the over for a few more minutes for the toppings to melt, and then took them out, putting the remaining butter mixture on top. Worked out fantastic as appetizers!
Perfect side for my Salmon and broccoli dinner!
Thank you Damn Delicious! These truly were delicious! We love croissants and garlic bread so this was the perfect mash up. And seriously?! How do people not get cut in half as in splitting down the middle?! Thanks again!
I needed an appetizer to take to book club. Would these be okay if they weren’t still piping hot out of the oven? I’d hate to make them and have them taste weird by the time we got to eating them! (It will be approx. 45 min from when they come out of the oven to when they’ll be enjoyed.)
Thanks!
They should be fine. As with any chips or fries, they taste best when fresh, but they should be totally fine for an evening.
Another hit for our family Chungah!!! ❤️❤️❤️ your recipes!
Delish! This recipe does not need any changes in my opinion, however; I added shredded parmesan to the tops of the bread. It’s a hit!
I’d gotten to the point where I really thought it didn’t get any better than garlic bread. Then I saw this post. This is so stinking genius! I want to eat these at every meal!!

OH MY GOD I MUST DO THIS!!!
What a great recipe! I would’ve never thought to have used a croissant to make something like this. This is such a great idea to switch up regular bread at dinner. I will definitely be trying this recipe soon. What a great side for a summer meal too, since croissants tend to be light and flaky. Thanks for the inspiration!

You noted to slice the croissants in half, but the photo looks like rounds. Can you clarify?
The recipe indicates to cut the croissants in half lengthwise.
Please explain the “cut in half” issue. Neither do I get how to cut these croissants. Please reply. Thanks.
The croissants should be split “lengthwise” (to cut along the “length” of the item).
Your croissants are closed and roundish to begin with, which is why the length-wise cuts look round. But most croissants for purchase are open at the ends, so cutting them length-wise will result in a much different look.
Horizontally, cut them horizontally.
They just happen to be round croissants (see photos of them whole…). Doesn’t really matter what shape the croissants are still delicious!!!
