One Pan Ranch Pork Chops and Veggies
The easiest 5-ingredient meal EVER! And yes, you just need one pan with 5 min prep. It’s quick, easy and effortless!
Yes. It’s the other white meat. Damn Delicious is taking a momentary break from all the chicken recipes and bringing out the pork goodness made on a single sheet pan.
And not only does this come together on a single pan with your desired veggies but you only need 5 ingredients! The main ingredient here is of course, the Ranch Seasoning and Salad Dressing Mix. If this product is not available in your country, there are many DIY recipes available online.
But for those of you who have access to this, I would stock up on this seasoning mix because you can really put this on anything and everything.
Now all you have to do here is sprinkle on that Ranch seasoning onto your pork chops, toss in your veggies, and pop it in the oven. That is it. Really. It’s just 5 ingredients, 5 min prep and one pan. Done.
One Pan Ranch Pork Chops and Veggies
Ingredients
- 4 8-ounce pork chops, bone-in, 3/4-inch to 1-inch thick
- 16 ounces baby red potatoes, halved
- 16 ounces green beans, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 1-ounce package Ranch Seasoning and Salad Dressing Mix
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly oil a baking sheet or coat with nonstick spray.
- Place pork chops, potatoes and green beans in a single layer onto the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Ranch Seasoning and garlic; season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Place into oven and roast until the pork is completely cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 140 degrees F, about 20-22 minutes.* Then broil for 2-3 minutes, or until caramelized and slightly charred.
- Serve immediately, garnished with parsley, if desired.

I’ve made this twice and we loved it. The pork chops were so tender and juicy. I loved the one pan clean up and less than 30 minute meal. Tonight we are have the recipe with chicken thighs. Thank you for the wonderful recipes.
thank god for pinterest! i found this recipe there and tried it tonight and everyone LOVED it (even the boy child of mine that hates ranch) lol
Looks and sounds delicious, I pinned this, thank you! Question though, your pics look like you have cheese on them is it so?
Nope – no cheese here! 🙂
The recipe says preheat 400 and then roast. Do you mean roast or bake? What are others doing?
Megan, here is a great article discussing the difference between roasting and baking. Hope that helps!
Made this tonight and it was absolutely delicious!! I’m going to make it again next week. Husband loved it as well!! Thank you for this recipe!
Planned on doing this for dinner and just realized I am out of olive oil, can I use vegetable?
Yes, absolutely.
Made this -Delicious It is only two of us. and there were even leftovers. great idea and good too!
I made a similar recipe like this but with chicken and it was wonderful but I never thought of using pork! I’ve got to try this with some pork chops soon. Thanks for the delicious idea.
Hello, 🙂
and if i don’t have Ranch Seasoning and Salad Dressing Mix … any substitues?
thank you ! 🙂
Daniela, there are actually many DIY recipes available online for homemade Ranch seasoning that would be perfect for this!
Made this tonight with boneless chops, carrots and green beans. I didn’t have ranch seasoning on hand, so I used onion soup mix instead. It was SO delicious. The whole family loved it. Wonderful meal! Thank you!
Well, just put my dish in the oven! Can’t wait till it’s done. This was soooo easy!!!
Just wanted to add an up date. It took longer than the recipe stated ( for me) the ranch mix gave it a nice change than the regular seasonings you may usually use to cook with. I would make it again and just allow for more cooking time. Also, the prep time was at least 20 minutes.
Hi! I am hoping to try this tomorrow night, is it possible to do with boneless pork chops?
Yes, absolutely, although cooking time may have to be reduced as needed.
Is it possible to cook inside a pyrex casserole dish? or did you use a cookie sheet?
I used a large cookie sheet but a Pyrex casserole dish should also work just fine.
Did the casserole dish work? I have both but was considering Making this in the casserole dish?
I made this last night and it was delicious- followed recipe exactly as written but cooked pork 10 minutes longer. This will be a perfect dish to prepare during the busy holidays coming up! Thanks!
Made this and it turned out wonderful. Some of my potatoes were not completely done, but that has more to do with my knife skills.
Will be making this again.
Thanks for sharing this recipe.
I usually always have hidden valley ranch seasoning on hand Bc I like to make the dip with sour cream or Greek yogurt, but I did not have it on hand tonight. However, I used popcorn ranch seasoning that I had in my pantry! I just didn’t use salt since the season contains a lot of salt already. It turned out great! Thanks so much for sharing, it was soooo good!
I am completely frustrated. I love the idea of your recipes, but 1 inch pork chops do not cook to 140 degrees in 20 minutes. I’m going on maybe 40 minutes and they still haven’t hit 140 degrees and my fresh green beans look like shriveled up junk. Please adjust your time or meat or something. What seemed like an easy, healthy meal is now not so appealing.
Meg, the 20 minutes is simply an estimate, although 40 minutes is definitely a bit too long. I recommend investing in an in-oven thermometer as your oven’s temperature may not be completely accurate. You can read more about it here.
Delicious! Tried this last night and WOW. Will definitely make this easy dish again. Already shared the recipe with my sister and 4 friends. Accidentally bought boneless chops, but I don’t believe that made any difference. Also, because I wanted to be sure my potatoes were done, I nuked them for 5 minutes and then quartered them. Again, it was super easy and so good! Thank you for a wonderful recipe!
How long did you bake your boneless pork chops?
Do you use frozen green beans, canned or what?
I always recommend using fresh ingredients unless otherwise stated.
Recipe as is takes way longer than 20 min to cook. Chips were still way undercooked. Left in for another 20 and they were good.
Matt, if you have thick-cut pork chops, it will certainly take a bit longer. The recipe time is simply an estimation.
I had same problem.Turn temp to 450 and it will come out right.
wish me luck, i am making this tonight. it looks so delicious, can’t wait to see how it comes out. thank you for the recipe!
