Nope. Not a fan of Mondays. But this power bowl makes it just a smidge better, and it’s just what you need to start your week off right.

And with all those fresh berries and protein-rich cinnamon quinoa, you’ll be super charged for the whole day, mildly curing your case of the Mondays.

I say mildly because bottomless mimosas would also be a very helpful addition to Mondays.

  1. Tried this for dinner tonight (because who wants to start their day cooking?), and it was delicious. Next time I will try maple syrup instead of the cinnamon…it was a little over powering.

  2. Gorgeous bowls, what a perfect breakfast!

  3. It sounds delicious. I think it would also be great cold, with kefir instead of milk.

  4. This does indeed look like the perfect way to start a Monday….or a Tuesday…

  5. Yeah, Mondays are not fun. But these bowls sure are!

  6. Does this taste well if made overnight?

    • I recommend making the quinoa and storing it separately overnight, and then topping with berries as needed when ready to serve.

  7. I’m with you – I’ll take my fabulous-looking berry quinoa power bowl with a side of mimosa this morning!

  8. I love berries! Never thought of putting them with quinoa! Thanks for the idea!
