Strawberry Lemonade Bellini
This is a fun twist to your traditional peach bellini, made into a boozy-type slushy using only 4 ingredients with 5 min prep!
It’s Monday. It’s 70 degrees and I’m struggling looking over my manuscript for the 1,098,462th time.
So now I’m ready to down about 4 glasses of this.
Actually, I’m more ready to try this with every single type of frozen fruit version – pineapple, cherry, blackberry, raspberry… anything, really.
I might as well just set up a bellini bar now.
Don’t worry. You’re all invited.

It looks very nice. It can be refreshing on hot summer days.
I’m convinced. That photo was enough to make me buy a house on the beach, retire, and have one of those drinks in my hand ALL DAY…
Jimmy Buffett has nothing on this one, y’all…
“70 degrees”? You poor thing (lol)!
I love a twist on a bellini, especially ones as beautiful as this. Almost too pretty to drink … almost.
What would be a good non-alcoholic alternative to Prosecco for this drink?
Sparkling cider would be a great substitute.
I love soups and tortellini. So this sound looks and seem to be a delicious soup to try ASAP. Thanks.
Do you mean frozen lemonade concentrate or just a cup of liquid lemonade? Sweetened
1 cup of lemonade, not frozen concentrate.
I would make and can the berries and lemonade and when ready to make I would pre-freeze, blend and add the Prosecco! Easy and ready to drink!
Can I use fresh strawberries and simple syrup instead of the lemonade?
Yes, absolutely.
