Yum! These all look so good. Your skinny cauliflower mac n’ cheese has been on my “to-try” list for a while – I need to add it to my meals next week!
The Mexican Bean and Rice Casserole is excellent! Made it earlier this week and the whole family loved it. Also, being in the SW, it definitely lived up to the standard of the region!
I can only say just Yummy to all these recipes – thank you
These look/sound fabulous!!!
Where did you get the gorgeous yellow skillet you are using in these recipes? Thanks!
I found them on etsy!
i love the internet! everything — literally anything one can reasonably (or not) think of or up — can be found at one’s fingertips. there’s even corporate lingo for it: googling. how long before it’s all audio; no more typing? but then, i’ll mourn the disappearance of punctuation marks … will probably add my own punkmarx when i switch from typing to speech.
PUNKMARX — verbally/orally/auditorially pronounced slash enunciated quote unquote “punctuation marks” after the inevitable transition is made from entering data on a keyboard to just talking normally period.
until then — enough shrimp but DEFINITELY not enough garlic in the Asian Garlic Noodles. i was surprised it wasn’t spicier (chopped chiles). mine will be.
These all look so damn delicious!
