This spread is a GAME CHANGER. Spread it on anything and everything! It comes together in less than 5 min!
Summer is slowly coming to an end.
As I’m wearing 8 layers of sweaters in England right about now.
But don’t worry.
That won’t stop me from making this roasted corn with my favorite garlic herb buttery spread.
Using none other than Brummel and Brown’s Organic Buttery Spread with Yogurt.
With fresh herbs like parsley, thyme, rosemary and basil, this garlic herb spread is to die for.
It’s incredibly creamy, smoothy and spreads so easily right out of the fridge.
So this comes together in just seconds.
Plus, if you have any leftover spread, it can seriously go on anything and everything.

The product Brummel and Brown’s organic buttery spread that you list I cannot find anywhere. Walmart doesn’t have it. All they have is the regular one and I tried googling it and I can’t find any that says organic or any other store selling it. My location BTW is near Rockford. So I’m not sure where you’re able to buy it.
I bought corn without the husks. Would the baking time still be the same?
It should stay relatively the same.
Dilemma: I’m drooling looking at the pics, but I’m having braced teeth…Can I boil the corn before baking them, so they’re softer? Thanks!
Yes, of course!
I am so doing this tonight. It’s a beautiful sunny day, and something like this will be perfect for our BBQ meal. Thank you!
This sounds absolutely delicious!! When do you remove the silk on the corn?? Thank you!!
In step #4.
To confirm, you roast with the husks on and don’t remove the husks until after it is done cooking? Will the kernels still get that “charred” look and test if the husks are on while roasting?
Yes! 🙂
I love to eat corn. And you have provide nice recipe.
Looks delicious! We’re trying this tonight. Thanks!
🙂
DELICIOUS!!!! My family loves this corn!
I also sprinkled some fresh parmesan cheese over it,
FYI: You should add a step 5 to the recipe instructions, letting us know this is where you would sprinkle the herb mixture over the corn while its hot….
The added Parmesan sounds amazing! Also, the herb mixture is added to the buttery spread! 🙂
