Guys.
Happy early Christmas!
Now, I’m not sure if you guys know this but I kind of published a cookbook over a year ago.
It has 100 recipes. 8 chapters. And my favorite orange cauliflower recipe is in this book.
And the lobster tail recipe that is pictured in the sidebar to your right here.
It’ll come in super handy for New year’s eve.
Just saying.
So, anyway, Butters and I are giving away 10 signed copies of my book!
That’s right.
TEN. WINNERS.
All you have to do is leave a comment here answering what is #1 on your Christmas wish list.
That’s it!

A lovely Midwestern Christmas with family!
My #1 wish is to enjoy my family and friends in my new home. My first time hosting Christmas in my house after many many years…and just glad that everyone is healthy to come and enjoy it.
#1 on my list is spending my first Christmas with my fiancé!! Our families live in different states so it’s been a challenge over the years to be with each other on actual Christmas day. Happy holidays to you and Butters!! 🙂
Having survived Hurricane Harvey and the flood (and still in the process of cleaning up from the flood of August 27th), the #1 thing I want for Christmas is some warm socks for my cold feet…next year I’ll work on replacing all that was lost in the flood like my mother’s cookbooks, many recipes from my aunt, all the cooking utensils and appliances….just grateful to be alive and looking forward to warm feet!
#1 on my list is a trip to the hairdresser!
I would love to check out this book! I’d have you send to my mom in America, even though I live in Australia! She can bring over when she comes to visit. Number one on my Xmas list: a swimming pool!!
Love that photo! #1 for me would be a new camera.
It’s cliche, but I’m dying for some family time! Both my parents and my in-laws live about six hours away from my fiancé and I, so getting to spend some solid time with them is just what I need Santa to deliver!
I’d like a calm relaxed Christmas with my family! And lots of good food too!
I am dying for just a little peace and a healthy baby!!! Im expecting!!….So WE need this cookbook!
A co-worker just introduced me to your website… I’m so excited to try some of these delicious looking recipes. My husband is on Peritoneal dialysis, and I’m Type 1 Diabetic. Some of your recipes will fit the bill for many nutritious, mouth-watering meals. Thank you for publishing…. Merry Christmas in 2017 to you and yours!
Yes please! #1 wish for Christmas…a clean and organized house! LOL.
For Christmas I wish for Peace on earth for this war weary world.
Good health!
My top Christmas wish is travel for the new year and beyond! Love taking trips and can’t wait for my next one.
A new living room rug!
A country that values diversity, respects opinions and listens to each other.
Hi Chungah! First off, you are hands-down THE best at making delicious, yet simply prepared, foods so enticing. Thank you for that. My Christmas wish would be to gain more body strength so I can walk and take stairs again. Been a tough year recuperating from a health setback, which I am grateful to have overcome, except the legs aren’t strong – yet! 😉
The number one thing on my list would probably be a bread machine! I’ve gotten into making all sorts of yeast breads and a bread machine would definitely make things easier.
My husband and I like to spend money on experiences instead of things, so we are getting each other a Ski Trip in the Rockies. I can’t wait!
