Guys.
Happy early Christmas!
Now, I’m not sure if you guys know this but I kind of published a cookbook over a year ago.
It has 100 recipes. 8 chapters. And my favorite orange cauliflower recipe is in this book.
And the lobster tail recipe that is pictured in the sidebar to your right here.
It’ll come in super handy for New year’s eve.
Just saying.
So, anyway, Butters and I are giving away 10 signed copies of my book!
That’s right.
TEN. WINNERS.
All you have to do is leave a comment here answering what is #1 on your Christmas wish list.
That’s it!

An instant pot or a sous vide. I’ve been talking about both for a while.
My Christmas wish is to be Jolly and full. We look forward to experiencing new tastes together and playing board games. Our day is filled with love and togetherness. Would love to add some of your recipes.
Would love to add your book to my cookbook collection.

I am not one to have a list or even give many hints, so that’s a tough one. I just want all of my family to be healthy, happy and together for Christmas this year.
I would very much like an Instant Pot Deluxe so I spend less time cooking and more time enjoying retirement. Now that I have more time to cook I find I am busier than ever. Your recipes make life so much easier and provide new ideas.
I know world peace is too much to ask, but if we could realize a softening of tension and threat of war between North Korea and America I would be totally thankful. To those wanting a new pet, please go to your local humane society. They have the most precious and deserving animals who desperately need someone to love them and give them a good home. I use your recipes constantly and everyone loves them – your whole cookbook would be wonderful. Merry Christmas!
My number one Christmas gift wish would be a Santa Maria style grill with Argentine grates for my back yard. Nothing beats the flavor of live fire cooking. Also tied for first place is a basset hound puppy. Who says a third basset is too many?
I would like to say my #1 Christmas wish would be to spend some real quality time with my family this Christmas. We are all so busy throughout the year everyday. The time goes by so fast, you blink and the kids are all grown up. So just getting away from all the commercialization of the holiday and get back to what really matters.
Health. Happiness. And, a new North Face winter jacket. 🙂
To continue my good health control with my Type One Diabetes and be with my wife on this special time of year.
A new cruiser bicycle. In hot pink!
Health bills to be paid off or at least reduced enough for us to come up for air. Within reach I wish for the deluxe Vidalia chopper and lots of cookbooks.
I would love a fancy toaster oven!
I love to cook and have found your recipes so inspiring. The photographs of your recipes are so well done. All I want for Christmas is love and peace 🙂
One of your cookbooks would be great.
good health!
Number One – Hmmmmm
It would have to be a new food processor so I️ could more easily cook your wonderful recipes! We love you, Chungah! Keep A’Cookin!!
A trip to ikea to design a new crafting area.
I want my son and niece to go into remission…
