Guys.
Happy early Christmas!
Now, I’m not sure if you guys know this but I kind of published a cookbook over a year ago.
It has 100 recipes. 8 chapters. And my favorite orange cauliflower recipe is in this book.
And the lobster tail recipe that is pictured in the sidebar to your right here.
It’ll come in super handy for New year’s eve.
Just saying.
So, anyway, Butters and I are giving away 10 signed copies of my book!
That’s right.
TEN. WINNERS.
All you have to do is leave a comment here answering what is #1 on your Christmas wish list.
That’s it!

My biggest wish? Surviving my breast cancer. As I cannot work any more, I now stay at home. Your recipes inspire me to make new cooking experiences together with my wonderful supporting husband and my beautiful and loving son , aged 14. Your recipes give me inspiring challenges, and an occupation that makes sense. Thank you 🙂
My friend had breast cancer many years ago and she now participates in Dragon boat races to raise money for cancer research. My prayers are with you.
My #1 Christmas wish would be to have the opportunity to have the time over the holidays to spend with my wife!
It would be wonderful to have your cookbook.
The recipes are easy to follow and to do. I like have
the list of foods to buy.
Health and happiness!
A pretty Dutch oven!
My wish is to be able to walk without a cane by Christmas. (I had knee surgery three weeks ago.)
It’s hard to choose a number #1 on the wishlist. But I guess if I really really really have to choose. I would love to have an Instantpot Ultra. And I would really love your recipe book too.
#1 is happiness and health for my family and for anyone struggling, in anyway, to find comfort and relief. Material things can come after that.
Would like to have a fun, family Christmas dinner that we a cook/bake together.
Family togetherness in health and tranquility. Stuff is nice, don’t get me wrong, but the older I get, the more I appreciate family time even though we sometimes get on each others’ nerves.
Thank you for sharing your cooking skills and recipes with us.
My #1 wish is Peace On Earth and Goodwill Towards ALL Men! Your cookbook and photography skills are a close second!
Your cookbook My family absolutely loves your recipes, we make them regularly. However, I live in Norway and can’t easily get ahold of your book, but I would love to add it to our cookbook collection!

The one thing I want for Christmas is for my 3 year old to start talking. Poor little can barely say a few words and most the time no one can understand him.
What a great thing to have a cookbook published. I would love to get the rocking chair at Cracker Barrel.
My number one wish is that my son stays healthy. He was born ill, but is now doing fine, so my hope is that this will continue until he is old and grey!
We’re moving 4 DAYS after Christmas (yeah, that’s right. We like to live wild and crazy!) And we’re dumping a bunch of furniture. Old and ratty furniture. So a new couch would be so great! Or a dining room table. Which I’ve already picked out. So please, Santa? That would be awesome! And your cookbook because fast and easy are just right! Plus delicious, which you always deliver!
A new job so I have more time to cook!
I wish for love, peace, health and happiness for everyone in this world! We all need it! Also, I would love to read your book
