Guys.
Happy early Christmas!
Now, I’m not sure if you guys know this but I kind of published a cookbook over a year ago.
It has 100 recipes. 8 chapters. And my favorite orange cauliflower recipe is in this book.
And the lobster tail recipe that is pictured in the sidebar to your right here.
It’ll come in super handy for New year’s eve.
Just saying.
So, anyway, Butters and I are giving away 10 signed copies of my book!
That’s right.
TEN. WINNERS.
All you have to do is leave a comment here answering what is #1 on your Christmas wish list.
That’s it!

I wish most for a good future for my kids. Alex is brilliant, out in S.F., but, finding out the hard way about losing a big job and the apartment and starting over. Audrey so smart and has a lovely soul. She quit school to work two jobs until she finds out what she really wants to do. I am so proud of both and hope that all the shared skills, my life lessons and mistakes, and unconditional love will help them succeed and be happy. Really, just, happy.
A Vitamix so I can start the new year with healthier habits!
What do I want for Christmas?? A massage! That would help to really put me at ease with all the end of the year fun (and sometimes stress that comes along with it!).
Being able to spend Christmas with family!
I wish for my family to be healthy and safe, that’s my Christmas story.
My # 1 wish this Christmas is for my Son-in-law to get a good job. He lost his job just before Thanksgiving and hasn’t been able to find another one as yet.
This cookbook for my daughter who has autism. She reads your posts religiously.
What I wouldn’t do for an instant pot!
My Christmas wish this year is that my 83 year old Mom gets well and gets her strength back. She just had pneumonia and was hospitalized and I just want her well and happy and mobile!
The number one thing on my christmas list this year, is for my Nana to beat her cancer!!
That everybody would get along.
Hope and happiness for my brother who lost his daughter to heroin addiction a few months ago….
#1 wish….peace.
Good Health.
For God to answer my prayers and bring my deliverance.
#1 Wish for Christmas would be to have some peace and happiness in our family even if it’s just for a short break.
That everybody would get along.
A wok! Need to up my stir fry game!
ALL family members present for Christmas since we seem to have someone missing each year…all gathered amongst good food (your yummy & easy recipes of course!) eating, drinking, laughing…just being together 🙂
Me? Sure I’d love an instant pot or a mix master…but most of all I wish my mother would choose to join her children and three beautiful grand babies in celebrating the holidays…and making new memories with & for us all….instead of choosing to spend it home alone. Time is fleeting…and no one has a guarantee of tomorrow. Maybe you can work some Christmas magic? I live your recipes! …and would love to win your cookbook. It would keep a treasured place in my kitchen & be well used. Merry Christmas everyone!
