Happy early Christmas!
Now, I’m not sure if you guys know this but I kind of published a cookbook over a year ago.
It has 100 recipes. 8 chapters. And my favorite orange cauliflower recipe is in this book.
And the lobster tail recipe that is pictured in the sidebar to your right here.
It’ll come in super handy for New year’s eve.
Just saying.
So, anyway, Butters and I are giving away 10 signed copies of my book!
That’s right.
TEN. WINNERS.
All you have to do is leave a comment here answering what is #1 on your Christmas wish list.

A kidney for my son.
I would love to have family,Love and laughter this season. But it would be great to win your book also, happy holidays!
My Christmas wish, nothing for me specifically. I do however, wish that everyone would look at each other as a brother or sister and much more less as a foreigner. I wish all those people killing others over their skin color would just stop on their tracks and realize that is not worth it. That the reason that they are killing is not one that makes sense. That we don’t have to commit the same mistakes that others have made, that we are better. I guess my wish is for everyone to just get along.
No presents, I only want to have Christmas time with my grand babies.
Christmas wish: Peace on earth for a year!
I wish for an air popcorn popper!
Lots of good books and time to read!
I only wish for improved health for my son in law,who had a kidney transplant on thanksgiving. So many wonderful wishes! Happy holidays and peace on earth.
To have a happy and loving upcoming 2018 year and beyond. This year has been very challenging and painful for me. That’s all I wish for.
I am having my 80th birthday this Christmas. I am quite content, so no real wishes for things. I have collected cookbooks most of my life and have one large wall in my home covered with them. I do enjoy your website. Thanks
I am incredibly blessed so all I really want for Christmas is to be healthy so I can continue to be with friends, family and travel!
I love to have my family with me doing holidays and lots of good food.
My wish is the opportunity of another year to love my family, spend time with them, and cook. My father-in-law is in failing health and the best way I know to express my love for him is to prepare his meals throughout the week–a challenge, as he is fond of meat and potatoes while we are more vegetable centred. 🙂 Your site has been a tremendous help in this endeavour!
For my knee to get better so I can run with my friends.
I think my biggest Christmas wish is a Ninja blender with their food processor attachment. My current food processor makes things more slush than minced.
Yarn. Yarn is first, second, and third on my list!! If I could do nothing every day but cook and knit I would be a happy lady. Thank you for sharing all of your wonderful recipes with us, my family has LOVED every single one we’ve tried so far…and I have little kids, so that’s saying something!!
I would like a cat to cuddle… For those rough moments when life feels too large, too overwhelming, and too scary.
Every year I am asked what I want for Christmas and I never have an answer. I guess what I want isn’t something that can be placed in a stocking or put under a tree. I just want to be happy. I want those I care for to be happy. Being happy is something different for everyone; health, fiscal stability, career success, freedom from fear, bigotry or oppression.
#1 on my Christmas list this year is remission and good health for my beautiful Golden boy recently diagnosed with lymphoma. I know this is a corny sappy wish but it is from my true heart. He is only a 4 1/2 year old pup! I love seeing Butters mentioned in your posts!!!!
I went to Barnes and Noble on Saturday to purchase your book and they didn’t have it! So disappointed. That’s really all I want for Christmas – I am so blessed and have everything I need. God is good. Merry Christmas!
