Guys.
Happy early Christmas!
Now, I’m not sure if you guys know this but I kind of published a cookbook over a year ago.
It has 100 recipes. 8 chapters. And my favorite orange cauliflower recipe is in this book.
And the lobster tail recipe that is pictured in the sidebar to your right here.
It’ll come in super handy for New year’s eve.
Just saying.
So, anyway, Butters and I are giving away 10 signed copies of my book!
That’s right.
TEN. WINNERS.
All you have to do is leave a comment here answering what is #1 on your Christmas wish list.
That’s it!

My wish for the Christmas Season is that all of our grandchildren will be healthy, and up for a cross state visit to Grammy and Grandad’s. ( They were ill and unable to come for Thanksgiving.) I also wish that there will be enough snow for them to enjoy the new snow toys we bought them!
I would love new cookbooks so that I can continue refining my cooking skills and learn how to prepare easy, healthy meals for my family.
#1 is to find a job after being downsized. And to see how excited my little one is on Christmas morning
