Guys.
Happy early Christmas!
Now, I’m not sure if you guys know this but I kind of published a cookbook over a year ago.
It has 100 recipes. 8 chapters. And my favorite orange cauliflower recipe is in this book.
And the lobster tail recipe that is pictured in the sidebar to your right here.
It’ll come in super handy for New year’s eve.
Just saying.
So, anyway, Butters and I are giving away 10 signed copies of my book!
That’s right.
TEN. WINNERS.
All you have to do is leave a comment here answering what is #1 on your Christmas wish list.
That’s it!

THE #1 item on my Christmas wish list is your cookbook. I just LOVE your recipes and use them all the time.
#1 on my wish list – Praying for several dear friends fighting cancer… 🙁
I would absolutely LOVE to get a treadmill!
I have one grandson turning 1 year old 2 days before Christmas and another one due just a week before. That’s Christmas pretty much handled for me!
I wish that my puppy stops taking the lights off my xmas tree and that my full kitchen renovation is completed quickly because I am excited to make make new recipes in it!!!!
I’ll be getting the only thing I want for Christmas-spending time with my daughter, son in law, grandsons and their new puppy!
I am very fortunate to have all of my family in the area, we are all healthy have a roof over our heads and hot meals on the table everyday. We all already have more than lots of people. My mom is home for the holidays, we hadn’t seen her since the last time she was home for Christmas in 2016, so that is my gift .
To be honest, I’m not asking for much…just a break. A break from all the chaos, a break from all the one wrong thing after another, a break from the not so very merry people, and just a break so I can enjoy a full day of just having fun with my kiddos. Okay, maybe that is a lot to ask for (haha!). But I also know that the wrong things that happen, the chaos and encountering not so merry people…well, they shape me each day and they show me just how strong I am and that even the not so merry people, sometimes they just need someone to do something nice for them, even if it’s just opening the door for them or letting them in your lane during rush hour traffic.
I have been leaving hints about a spiralizer for my stand mixer. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to everybody.
#1 Christmas wish is for health.
#1- find me a good man to cook all this for me 🙂
Peace and happiness for all!
The #1 thing I want for Christmas is to be able to spend time with family. We live far away from most of our family and everyone will be together again for the holidays!
Your cookbook sounds great! We love trying your different recipes!
I have been lusting after a Slow Cooker for some time now. My sweetheart is adamantly against the idea. He prefers cooking the old fashioned way, which is labor intensive. I’m sure he would change his mind in a heartbeat, though, if I started magically having delicious, delectable meals ready at dinnertime.
My #1 is a clean house and a stress free day. Having 3 kids makes that better than gold lol.
I’m hoping Santa brings me an Instant Pot! Been drooling over them for months now. Fingers crossed. PS Butters is too adorable for words 🙂
That’s an easy one…I would LOVE for my 25 year old, white collar educated, gainfully employed son to finally buy a house and move out of mine! I love him dearly but c’mon!! I will be getting this cookbook for him so he won’t starve when he moves.
Family Fun! Our kids are almost grown, so time is precious at this point! They still love hanging out with us though, so travel and good health are in the mix too! Merry Christmas!
I would like an espresso maker that makes a beverage like the one I had in Italy and France in 2017. The machine I purchased in the US (the only one I could afford) just doesn’t taste the same!
Health, happiness and peace sound really good for Christmas. And a new blender. Be well and be blessed.
