Hi Chungah! I’ve been following your website for a few years now and I just love all the recipes you put together…both healthy and delicious! My favorite recipe from you would have to be the mushroom & spinach risotto…so creamy and tasty!! I make it in my instant pot and it’s cooked to perfection!
Although I love all of your recipes and have made many of them with success, my favorite is the Easy Thai Shrimp Soup. It really is so easy to make after coming home from work…..and the perfect spiciness!
My favorite is the one pan skillet chicken dinner with spring veggies — hope I got the name right!
My ABSOLUTE favorite recipe from you is Sesame Chicken Potstickers!!! I fell in love with them two years ago and now I make them at least once a month! My picky eater boyfriend even devours them like a vacuum.

We love the beef and broccoli stir fry! So good!
There are so many favorites that the whole family goes crazy for. Slow Cooker Spaghetti is one of the all-time favs that everyone gobbles up for dinner and loves to take for lunch the next day! I love eating it, but I love the easy morning prep and coming home to an easy dinner!
The creamy garlic pasta!
Hard to choose a favorite, but I’m going with Slow Cooker steak tips with mushrooms. I just made this for a couple who just had a baby. They liked it so much they wanted the recipe so I sent them to your website.
