Sheet Pan Shrimp Tacos
The easiest, fastest way to make shrimp tacos! So fresh and flavor-packed, made in less than 30 minutes. Win-win!
SHEET PAN TACOS FOR THE WIN, friends.
With minimal prep and less dishes to clean, dinner is made in a flash. And no need to worry, taste is not compromised at all with ease and quickness here. The shrimp is roasted to juicy perfection with all the right spices before stuffing into tacos with your desired toppings.
Not a cilantro fan? Totally fine. You can omit as needed. Not an avocado fan? Substitute with other fun toppings instead like pico de gallo, sour cream, shredded Mexican blend cheese or even pickled jalapenos.
Just be sure to serve with some cold beers and a side of hot sauce to complete your Taco Tuesdays (or Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays).

This has been one of my go to week night meals for the past year. It is super easy and quite flavorful. I use Trader Joe’s Jicama wraps in lieu of tortillas. Keeps it incredibly low carb and is quite refreshing. Perfect for a warm summer evening with a skinny margarita!
I made this for company and it was a huge hit. The seasonings were delicious and made for great “ do it yourself” tacos or burritos with all the fixings. I went a little lighter on the chili powder to cut down the heat.
Thanks!
Chili powder doesn’t have heat. You may be thinking of cayenne, which this recipe doesn’t call for.
This is fantastic. I’ve cooked it twice this week for supper and may make it again tonight! Delicious flavors that come together quickly.
Absolutely loved it. I used only 2 cloves of garlic (instead of 3) and I think it rather improved the taste (at least for me!). Thanks for an easy-t0-follow receipie. Cheers.
So good and so easy! Our new favorite shrimp taco recipe. Fed 3 of us (adults) yum!
I doubled this recipe and saw that the sauce was just a little too thick for my liking, so I added a tablespoon more of butter! I also thought it was going to be spicy, so I only did half the paprika and it was BOMBB. This whole meal was beyond easy and tasty.
This is soooo good I’ve made it twice for dinner this week…. Yum!!!
My husband and I had this for supper last night and it was amazing! Just as good as going out for supper. Will be making it again soon. I am going to try it with shredding chicken next time.
This is sooo good I’ve made it twice for dinner this week…. and may go for #3 tonight! Wonderful flavors and very quick to put together. Yum!!!
Easy to make a delightful meal. Great flavours. Will make this again. My family loved it!
Quick and Easy dish with lots of flavor. It’s sure to please the shrimp lovers in your home.
Stuck in the house, this pops up and I have everything I need already! I am totally making this tonight!
So so delicious. Easily one of the best recipes I’ve ever made. I added a purple slaw mix and a spicy Mayo sauce on mine. It hit the spot.
I would happily feed this to a crowd and feel like a rockstar.
From start to finish, this was done and on the table in less than 30 minutes.
Delicious, very quick FRIDAY tacos with nice flavors,
So good and easy! Just did the shrimp for a salad and they were perfect. Thank you!
Absolutely Awesome recipe… I will make these a lot…DELICIOUS!!!!!
These were AMAZING! Super easy and quick to make, and completely delicious. Thank you for such a great recipe – my family loved these tacos! We’ll be making these again SOON!
My elderly mother is my worst critic and her fave food is shrimp. She made shrimp and grits for breakfast so I thought she might not want more shrimp for dinner, but I made this anyway. I added honey and OJ and a few other things to the sauce and served it with drunken beans and a little white rice. Both of my parents devoured it and my mom said the shrimp was restaurant quality. That’s a first!!! Thanks for the great recipe!
Can you use frozen shrimp in this recipe?
I did last night (Gulf, wild-caught) and they came out really good!
Looks delicious! Wish you would post the nutrition facts. We are diabetic and need the nutritional information
This is a very low carb meal. The carbs will depend on what kind of tortillas you use and that should be on the packaging of the tortillas. Other than that, the only carb of any significance is the avocado which is approximately 12 carbs.
I so totally agree, would love to see the nutritional values of each recipe.
I don’t think anyone realizes the labor involved in providing nutritional values to recipes. It’s unreasonable to expect this of every recipe site. If you are diabetic, by now you should be able to eyeball a recipe and know if it’s for you or not.
