Winter Cheese Board
Your guests will be so impressed with this Winter harvest cheese board! It takes 10 minutes to prep and it has all of your favorite winter fruits, cheeses and crackers. And it serves a huge gathering without breaking the bank!
So my birthday is in 2 days.
And since we’re flying to Thailand on my actual birthday, we decided to celebrate a little early.
We skipped the cake. And celebrated with a cheese board instead.
Cakes are overrated anyway.
This way, I can have 6 different kinds of cheeses in one sitting.
And don’t forget – there’s so much fruit here. Persimmons, pomegranate, clementine and the cutest baby apples ever.
So the way I see it, it’s one cheese per fruit to balance out the calories.
Which may actually be less than cake calories.
So we all win, guys.

What a wonderful idea to celebrate your birthday with a cheese board! I will also do it, and happy birthday of your Brazilian fan.
Gorgeous cheese board and happy birthday – there’s no better way to celebrate!
How did you prepare the pomegranates? What are they wrapped in?
Here is a great tutorial on how to seed a pomegranate. I simply cut them in half for the cheese board here. They are not wrapped in anything.

Wow, that is one beautifully presented cheese board. Well done!!
I’m wondering what the crackers are in the lower part of your picture. I googled the rosemary artisan crackers, and they don’t look like what’s in your picture. How do we find what you are showing as it looks delicious?
It’s Leslie Stowe Raincoast Crisps.
