Heat apple cider over high heat until reduced to 1 cup. Let cool completely.

Combine sugar and  cinnamon; set aside.

Combine the dry ingredients.

STEP 3

Combine the wet ingredients

Pour mixture over dry ingredients and stir until moist; cover and place into the refrigerator until chilled. Divide dough in half.

STEP 5

Roll dough into rounds; cut out rounds with a cutter.

STEP 6

STEP 7

Cook until evenly golden and crispy. Roll into sugar mixture.

SERVE WARM!
