Happy Monday, everyone! I know, it’s a totally “ugh” kind of day since Mondays are the worst but I’m hoping I can make it a little better.

See, Gourmet Garden sent me a cooler of their herbs and spices to try out, packed into these clear squeezable tubes. There’s no added flavors or colors, they’re organic, they’re made with fresh Australian grown herbs, and they last in the fridge for 3 months! Best of all, you don’t even have to spend time chopping and dicing! I can’t even begin to tell you how much I hate peeling and mincing garlic. I always make a mess and the smell of garlic just gets embedded into my fingernails. Yeah, it’s the worst.

So you could imagine that with the garlic tube that I received, it is going by fast! I seriously use it in all my cooking. Every time a recipe calls for garlic, I get my handy tube out and squeeze some out right into the pan.

Yeah, it’s just that easy.
