On point! We loved these.
Best sweet potato fries I’ve ever had. So delicious.
I have only made sweet Potato fries once and they were good. I used salt and garlic and olive oil. Simple and delicious. Im excited to add parmesan cheese this time. Awesome idea! My specialty would have to be parmesan crusted chicken. I use a secret ingredient that makes the chicken moist every time. One thing I learned a few months ago from my mother in law that she uses and have never used it a day in my life? Tumeric. I love it and will always use it now 🙂
I was wondering what entree you typically served sweet potato fries with. I am looking forward to making these but can’t quite decided what to pair them with.
You can serve these with anything and everything – chicken, steak, cheeseburgers, etc. You name it!
I just made these and WOW–amazing! Best baked sweet potato fries ever. Thanks!
Homemade Potato Wedges is looking awesome.. im in love with this potato recipe.. thanks for this recipe
I season my fries with Parmesan, olive oil, salt, and parsley!
We made these for dinner last night and they were great. Thanks for the recipe!
I tried making this but it ended up too soft to even hold with a fork it was not crispy at all i can’t figure out what went wrong
Eman, did you place the potatoes in a single layer? If you had overlapping layers, the potatoes will not be able to crisp up properly. Your oven may also not be calibrated, resulting in a lower cook temperature than required.
My sweet potato fries are grilled after parboiling. I season with brown sugar, chili powder and cayenne. Always a delight if I can catch one or two on fire. These are my specialty dish.
Sweet potato fries are my all time favorite !
I was wondering if you had a good dipping sauce recipe that you would be willing to give up ? 🙂
Thanks 🙂
Fry sauce is my all-time favorite, which can easily be made with one part ketchup and two parts mayonnaise with a little bit of vinegar.
These look delicious! Do you actually use sweet potatoes or yams?
It is best to use sweet potatoes.
These sound real good will definitely have to give them a try.
BOOM YUM! These are good. Good work!
I noticed the recipe for garlic Parmesan fries has the parm and garlic rubbed before baking so I was curious why this one you run after? Thanks
One of my favorite restaurants actually tosses their fries after they are baked, which really brings out the garlic flavor. You can certainly add it prior to baking though for a milder garlic flavor – it’s up to you!

Fries–LOVE them! We cut ours up real thin and slice onions thin and add them to the grill.

I season your home-baked sweet potato wedges by tossing on baking sheet with olive oil and then toss in a bowl with a mixture of brown sugar, coarse salt, ground cumin and cayenne pepper. (I got this recipe from Mad Hungry and it’s to die for!)
