We use a seasoning salt (such as Lawry’s or Johnny’s) of salt/pepper/garlic salt. I’ve never tried adding parmesan cheese–I think I’d love that (thanks for the recipe)

I love to use cumin and corriander
I like seasoned salt, garlic, thyme, oregano and a little pepper. When I’m in a hurry I use Montreal chicken seasoning to save time. I make a killer grilled chicken salad with a light vinaigrette that my 9 year old asks me to make so she can take the leftovers for her school lunch.

I use salt and garlic powder to season home baked fries. One of my specialties is Eggplant Parm.

My special recipe is Cranberry Lemon Cheesecake!
I season baked fries with garlic powder, seasoned salt, and pepper.
We use the potatoes I grow in my garden sometimes. I have not planted sweet potatoes but will now! The homemade fries are so good that we just use sea salt and pepper for seasoning. Try freshly cracked black pepper next time. Really punches up the potato flavor.

My signature dish: Fish tacos with cilantro lime sauce and coleslaw wrapped in a warm corn tortilla, and of course, a nice cold brewski. Nothing beats this dish on a hot summer night.

I make potato home fries in the oven and add EVOO and my homemade dry rub (garlic powder, onion powder, salt, cumin, paprika, parsley, basil, dry mustard, & sometimes oregano). This recipe for sweet potato home fries looks like a winner! My family considers my mashed potatoes my specialty.
My favorite seasoning for home made fries: Johnny’s Seasoning. Its a staple in my kitchen.
