I season my fries with oil, seasoning salt, garlic powder, cayenne pepper and brown sugar.
My specialty dish is balsalmic pork loin with garlicccccc mashed potatoes.
Garlic + sweet potato fries = brilliant!
My favorite way for potatoes, no matter what kind, is to toss them in olive oil, a large amount of oregano, and salt. When I was a teen, my girlfriend’s mom made fries this way, and I was instantly in love with them, and have been making them ever since! I think of her every time I make them! Sometimes I change up the herbs, and toss them with rosemary and thyme.

I usually just use salt….but we were eating out recently and trying to decide between sweet potato (which we LOVE) and garlic fries, and said then, why don’t we try combining BOTH at home one day?! I’m definitely trying your recipe!
I usually use Lawry’s season salt.

We only add salt to fries, maybe catchup; we like to cook mac & cheese, lasagna, spaghetti as a family.
I season my fries with salt and garlic powder and paprika to add some spice to them.
Just salt and pepper….then I make a dip of some sort….
