looks yummy but I cannot afford a convection oven …
How timely-I am on a sweet potato fry jag! I cut mine thicker, like steak fries. I like EVOO, fresh cracked S & P, garlic powder and rosemary. Yours look great too!
My specialty would be nachos. Of course, mine have a sweet potato layer too!
I make a simple tuna hotdish that I can have on the table in about 40 minutes including bake time.
For sweet potato fries I like to do sweet and spicy seasoning so I’ll mix salt, pepper, chili powder and a little bit of cinnamon and toss in that before I bake.

I like to take my BBQ rub and put it on my sweet potato fries.
I actually just made sweet potato fries last night! Seasoned with a bit of cumin, smoked paprika and chili powder! I LOVE baked sweet potato fries, so I can’t wait to try yours! Pinned!
I season my double-fried French fries with good old salt and pepper!!
Homemade Ranch seasoning
I season my fries (and actually everything!) with Trader Joe’s 21 seasoning salute! It’s my secret weapon. Thanks for giveaway.
Sweet potato fries are one of my favorites and I always bake them rather than fry. Wish I had a Wolf convection oven as they’re hard to get crispy. They’re delicious nonetheless.
Mmm we love sweet potatoes in this house! Especially “fried” lol. We usually season with salt and pepper + whatever random seasoning my husband decides to throw in there! He gets a lil crazy with his seasonings! I would say our “specialty” would be fresh caught fish either baked or fried! We have it at least once a week!
Yum, these look delicious and I’m always a fan of being able to toss things in the oven and be able to do other things while they bake! Great idea!
This looks wonderful, I can imagine they crisp up just perfectly over that time, and you do seem to know how to sneak parmesan in whenever you get the opportunity 😉 Tsk tsk! x

I actually made home-baked oven fries tonight..I made them thicker..like wedges..I season mine with olive oil, garlic powder, S&P, cumin & then when they come out, I sprinkle parmesan on mine too!
My specialty is homemade lasagna..SO good..labor intensive ha..but worth it!
Thanks for the chance to win!

It’s actually “fry sauce” – my new favorite dipping sauce!
I am looking for the ‘fry sauce’ recipe and am unable to find it. 🙁 Was it taken down? Or under a different name? 🙂
Fry sauce is my all-time favorite, which can easily be made with one part ketchup and two parts mayonnaise with a little bit of vinegar.
Wow these look incredible! My seasonings are usually smoked paprika, salt, stevia. For a smokey salty-and-sweet vibe. Pinned of course!
I season my home baked fries with seasoning salt. My specialty dish is fettuccini alfredo with pine nuts.
