Baked Garlic Sweet Potato Fries
Ingredients
- 4 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into
- 1/4- inch matchsticks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 5 cloves garlic, pressed
- ½ cup grated Parmesan
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley leaves, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly oil a baking sheet or coat with nonstick spray.
- Place potatoes in a single layer onto the prepared baking sheet. Add olive oil and gently toss to combine; season with salt and pepper, to taste. Place into oven and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until golden and crisp, tossing occasionally.
- Combine sweet potato with garlic and Parmesan.
- Serve immediately, garnished with parsley, if desired.

mine get a light toss in olive oil before i back them. That helps the garlic salt and cajun spice stick better!

I like to season home made french fries with parmigiana cheese and sea salt.
I usually just use a little olive oil and sea salt.

I usually just sprinkle them with a healthy dash of Johnny’s but we make a bbq dipping sauce that is super tasty!
I have never made homemade fries. These look wonderful! I’d use sea salt, pepper and rosemary on my homemade fries.
I mainly use alot of pepper with a bit of salt.
I use fajita seasoning.
I powder them with cinnamon sugar mix
I normally use olive oil, garlic salt, and a little bit of pepper on my fries; but I’m definitely going to try this now 🙂
