Raspberry Limoncello Prosecco
Amazingly refreshing, bubbly, and sweet – a perfect summer cocktail that you can make in just 5 minutes!
We made it! After 2 days of driving down the California coast, we have successfully moved into our new place. We currently do not have any furniture in the house so we’re sleeping on an air mattress and catching up on our tv shows on our living room floor. I’m also sipping on this glorious summer cocktail as I’m unpacking boxes left and right – hey, we all need some sort of balance, right?
Now this cocktail – I could seriously sip on this all day. It’s wonderfully refreshing and sweet with all that bubbly goodness. You can also toss in some frozen raspberries or strawberries for that elegant touch – either way, these cocktails go perfectly for a summer party or an added bonus to get you through the week.
And I promise you – I won’t judge you if you start sipping on this at 10AM because, well, that’s exactly what I’ve been doing this entire week!

I made this for a party last night and everyone loved it! Can’t wait to make it again!!
Went to make this for a dinner-party yesterday. Just a word of warning: do NOT use Limoncello Crema! We had a bottle so I thought, “ya, that’s the same, should be fine,” but it kind of curdled when mixed with the Prosecco. Oops! Luckily we had some Prosecco left so we just drank that by itself. hehe
This looks a-maz-ing!! I can’t wait for the weather to warm up a little here and then I can give it a try! I hope you don’t mind, but I have referenced this page on my own blog – fully reference to you of course! But it looks too lovely not to share!
Making these tomorrow and need to know what “limoncello liqueur” is? Do I find it in the alcohol section of my store? If they don’t have it can I substitute regular lemonade? Thank you for a quick response PLEASE!
Yes, it should be located in the liquor section – it’s a very mainstream item so they should definitely have it!
What brand of limoncello and Prosecco do you recommend?
I actually don’t recommend any particular brand as I tend to use what is best for my budget and what is available at my local grocery store.
Can you sub in dry champagne instead of Prosecco? I already have two bottles of champagne so just curious! Stop it
I actually haven’t tried champagne in this recipe but I don’t see why it wouldn’t work!
We went to dinner at our friends’ last night and they served this. Let me tell you, we had 2 glasses each and we were hammered. It was so delicious but I couldn’t even have wine with dinner. I’m serving these next weekend when our friends come over for dinner. Thanks for the recipe.
I bought some very dry Prosecco so I added a little simple syrup and also a 4-5 frozen strawberries along with the raspberries and Mint… HOLY CANNOLI that was amazing!!!
Just gorgeous! I’d take one of these right about now. Because 2:31 on a Friday afternoon can be cocktail time, right?
I’ll have to make this drink. Looks so good and refreshing!
I’m have to make this drink. Looks so good and refreshing!
I’ve been making these for a couple of years now; I think the little frozen berries are an absolute must!
Congrats on the new house. I can’t wait to see pictures. I bet your pup is gonna love. I think drinking while unpacking is some sort of rule. This looks refreshing. Pinned.
Wahooo!!! And thank goodness the hard part of moving is over! Now comes the fun part! Love this cocktail, perfect for summer and my procecco addiction!
What is prosecco ?
Prosecco is an Italian sparkling white wine.
Thank you!
Thank you for asking
I want to sip on this all summer long, gorgeous!
I LOVE prosecco but I’ve never made a cocktail with it! Thanks for the refreshing summer drink idea!
