Cranberry Punch
A super easy, refreshing drink so perfect for the holidays! And you can even make this an alcoholic drink for the grown-ups!
Okay, so Thanksgiving begins in 24 hours and I’m sure your menu is set, prepped and done. But I hope you have a little bit of room to fit in this holiday punch. Believe me, you won’t be sorry.
It’s quick, easy, and wonderfully fruity. Best of all, it comes together in 5 minutes! No joke. Just be sure to hold off on the ginger ale until right before serving to save on all that fizziness. And you can easily make this into a fizzy cocktail for the grown-ups!
Cranberry Punch
Ingredients
- 1 liter ginger ale*
- 2 cups pineapple juice
- 1 cup cranberry juice
- ½ cup fresh cranberries
- 1 orange, thinly sliced
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1 lime, thinly sliced
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, whisk together ginger ale, pineapple juice and cranberry juice.
- Serve over fresh cranberries, orange, lemon and lime slices, if desired.

This punch was a great non alcoholic choice for Thanksgiving. I made the recipe three times as written and all of it was enjoyed. It was a great blend of flavors, a subtle cranberry taste. The whole cranberries and the sliced fruit were so pretty on top and added to the flavor of the punch nicely.
This looks wonderful and I’d love to make it this year for Thanksgiving. My wife, however, does not like pineapple juice. Any way this could be made with apple juice instead?
This recipe is so easy and the results are so delicious. Light, refreshing and not too sweet.
I followed the recommendation made by poster Laura Butcher to use equal amounts of cranberry and apple juice. It made for a better color of punch and more balanced flavor. The citrus slices are a must for presentation and also the slight sourness makes a nice contrast to the sweetness of the ginger ale.
I made 8 liters for an office holiday potluck and it was the most popular beverage despite there also being hot mulled cider, eggnog, beer and wine.
sorry typo… I meant pineapple juice, not apple juice!
I’m a little confused,do you add prosecco in place of the ginger ale,if you want to make it an alcoholic beverage?
That’s exactly right.
Hi, Chungah, Thanks for the ingredients, should serve my guest coming over on Saturday.
If I add Prosecco, how much should I add?
I recommend adding to taste, depending on how strong you want this to be.
Made it for Thanksgiving. My visitors enjoyed it. Thanks Chunga. Tried 4 of your recipes already and they were all delicious.
Hi, Chungah, I made this punch this morning and it is absolutely delicious! I did tweak a bit to get a darker color by matching pineapple juice to cranberry juice at 1.5 cups each. Fabulous tasting and beautiful with the citrus slices floating on top!
I’m the ultimate procrastinator so I haven’t started cooking and am just now starting to plan my contributions to the family feast. All my menu items come straight off your site. It’s going to be pretty tempting to munch on them while in transit. Thanks, Chungah! Happy Thanksgiving!
This sounds so refreshing, and you already had me on ginger ale! Such a pretty colour as well! I hope you have an amazing Thanksgiving 😀 x
Stunning photos!! This looks so wonderful – even though we don’t have Thanksgiving here, I still need to make this!!
Chungah, Heading into the holiday, I just wanted to drop a quick note to say that I am thankful for you. I discovered your site this year, not as a foodie, or someone who lives on Pinterest, but as a dad trying to use more fresh ingredients and cook (relative to pre-packaged meals and fast food) healthy meals after a long day at work that my children would actually eat.
From honey-glazed salmon, to bacon-wrapped teriyaki hot dogs with pineapple salsa, to spinach tortellini soup, to too many Asian-inspired dished to mention, you’ve made dinner a lot more interesting and healthy and, well, Damn Delicious this year.
Thank you.
Oh wow!!! This looks so good I suddenly want punch!
Happy thanksgiving Chungah!
And…I needta say a big thank you to you! I bought a 100mm 2.8L macro, all thanks to you and your stunning pictures, and I honestly can’t thank you enough!
Lots of love and best wishes to you Xx
This sounds delicious and refreshing. You had me at Prosecco.
I definitely need a drink after the cooking bonanza I just did tonight! And this looks so refreshing and perfect, with booze please 🙂
