Pineapple Lemonade
So refreshing, so sweet, so tangy and just so wonderfully tropical. It’s also unbelievably easy to whip up!
When life hands you lemons, you don’t just make any kind of lemonade. You make pineapple lemonade.
This pineapple lemonade is such a fun twist on traditional lemonade, with the perfect combination of that tangy, slightly-sweet, tropical goodness. And all you need to do is make a simple syrup, which only requires 5 min prep. That’s it!
And after this, you may never want that boring old lemonade ever again!
Pineapple Lemonade
Ingredients
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 2 tablespoons lime juice

- To make the simple syrup, combine sugar and 1 cup water in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring until the sugar has dissolved; let cool.

- Serve over ice.

Yes and Yes!! Made this for our end of summer BBQ tomorrow for a non-alcoholic option and it tastes SO good. It will be hard not to drink some tonight. Fresh squeezed lemon juice is a must – it is honestly less acidic this way. I also think that this drink could be adultified with some vodka or coconut rum. So glad I decided to try it out and I know my guests will love it. Thank you!
TY! SOUNDS REFRESHING WHILE UPGRADING BASIC LEMONADES
Just made this – I was able to dissolve the sugar by stirring rapidly into the 5 cups of water for a minute or so, rather than making the syrup. Added fresh lemon juice and pineapple juice from a third of a leftover pineapple in my fridge blitzed in the Vitamix with a splash of the sugar water and strained. It is delicious! Thanks for the recipe! Will be making this for the next work pot luck!
That sounds so refreshing!

Okay….this might be a really silly question, but is the lemon and lime juice the reconstituted kind (like in the little squeeze bottles) or just regular lemon/lime juice?
I recommend using freshly squeezed lemon and lime juice.
I think I will be naughty and put tequila in this to celebrate Cinco de Mayo
love lemon and love pineapples! maybe i would do it without the sugar though:) and use agave syrup instead:) the healthy way

Agave for the most part ain’t better than regular sugar, because they use the wrong end of the Agave… Also when it comes to your body, sugar is sugar, and not good for you at all!
Yummy! It looks fantastic <3
