One Pan Ranch Pork Chops and Veggies
The easiest 5-ingredient meal EVER! And yes, you just need one pan with 5 min prep. It’s quick, easy and effortless!
Yes. It’s the other white meat. Damn Delicious is taking a momentary break from all the chicken recipes and bringing out the pork goodness made on a single sheet pan.
And not only does this come together on a single pan with your desired veggies but you only need 5 ingredients! The main ingredient here is of course, the Ranch Seasoning and Salad Dressing Mix. If this product is not available in your country, there are many DIY recipes available online.
But for those of you who have access to this, I would stock up on this seasoning mix because you can really put this on anything and everything.
Now all you have to do here is sprinkle on that Ranch seasoning onto your pork chops, toss in your veggies, and pop it in the oven. That is it. Really. It’s just 5 ingredients, 5 min prep and one pan. Done.
One Pan Ranch Pork Chops and Veggies
Ingredients
- 4 8-ounce pork chops, bone-in, 3/4-inch to 1-inch thick
- 16 ounces baby red potatoes, halved
- 16 ounces green beans, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 1-ounce package Ranch Seasoning and Salad Dressing Mix
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly oil a baking sheet or coat with nonstick spray.
- Place pork chops, potatoes and green beans in a single layer onto the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Ranch Seasoning and garlic; season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Place into oven and roast until the pork is completely cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 140 degrees F, about 20-22 minutes.* Then broil for 2-3 minutes, or until caramelized and slightly charred.
- Serve immediately, garnished with parsley, if desired.

Followed the recipe and the pork chops turned out hard as a rock. My recommendation would be to leave it for longer at a much lower temperature
Unpinned! Should have listened to all the comments about cooking time. I cut the potatoes very small, and still after an 40 minutes of cooking the potatoes were not cooked, and the green beans were to crunchy for my taste. I removed the pork chops before they were cremated, and returned the potatoes to the oven for another 20 min. Totally disappointed.
Jan, I’m sorry this recipe did not turn out the way you had imagined. However, potatoes should not take an hour to cook through unless you are baking whole potatoes. It may be best to invest in an in-oven thermometer to ensure that your oven is calibrated.
Always wondered…how do you season raw meat “to taste”?
Ben, this is a great resource on how to season “to taste” in raw dishes. Hope it helps! 🙂

Delicious and so Southern.
Indeed!
Wow! That recipe was so easy, affordable, extremely delicious and appealing to the eyes.
That’s so great to hear! Thank you for sharing, Patricia!
Found a great price on fresh green beans and finally tried this…used Kraft ranch mix (that’s all my grocery had available), and bone in chops which were pretty thin cut (half inch?). I skipped the fresh garlic but added additional salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Halved my baby red potatoes, and tossed everything in a large bowl so it was seasoned on all sides rather than only being sprinkled on top.
Accidentally had my oven at 350 at first … upped it to 450 eventually and just kept an eye on stuff …. turned out great, especially the green beans which even got a little charred on the ends which were sticking up and gave it great flavor
Very picky boyfriend loved this. Thanks for the inspiration!
That’s great Amanda, thank you for sharing your experience with us!
I made the pork chops with ranch dressing and green beans and potatoes. My boyfriend said that he could taste all of the different spices. He loved this meal. Thank you for such a GREAT easy to follow recipe. I will make this again.
Just discovered this recipe recently and my family loves it, my husband has been asking for it to be a weekly meal. It suits me fine, after a long day at work cooking a meal like this is just perfect.
Soooo good and super easy. Can’t wait to try it again!
This was so delicious and amazing! I used frozen sweet potato chunks from the Schwan’s man in place of the potatoes, and frozen steam fresh green beans since they are out of season, partially cooked in the micro, and it turned out soooooo Good! I think I’ll have to make this a least once a week….
Hey there! This dish was so yummy! I used thin cut boneless pork chops with large red potatoes. I cut each potato in 4 quarters and boiled them for about 5 minutes or so and I cooked the boneless pork chops on 450 for 15 minutes and they turned out perfect!! If you have a different cut pork chop than what she used, look up which cut you have in another roasted pork chop recipe and boom, you have your answer. The internet has ALL the answers!
I made it as per the instructions and it turned out super yummy, I just halved the recipe. Five minutes of prep. I had really small baby potatoes so they were cooked in 22 minutes.
Can I use ranch salad dressing instead ?
It is best to use the Ranch Seasoning and Salad Dressing Mix.
I’m a college student and this recipe was SO great for me. It was almost impossible for me to mess it up and my boyfriend loved it. Thank you for easy meals like this one they are a simple way for me to figure out cooking in my own apartment!!
This was wonderful! Only change I made was to add some Tuscan seasoning I had on hand. Oh, and too…I forgot to do the EVO, but it still turned out excellent. Also…mine took longer to bake than the 20 minutes. I would estimate more like 40-45 minutes. I love “easy” recipes and this couldn’t have been easier. Thanks!
What about trying this in a crockpot? Ideas on how long it would take???
It is very difficult to give exact conversion information to translate a traditional stovetop recipe to be used in a slow cooker without further recipe testing. However, here is an article worth checking out on a possible conversion guide. Hope that helps!
This was excellent! I had a family pack of porkchops so I upped the amount of veggies. I roasted in a 2″ deep pan, too (didn’t want overflowing!). I use ranch mix from a bulk container so I estimated how much I needed, and probably could have used a little more. I also cooked for an hour and flipped the chops halfway through.
I made this recipe last night and it was delicious! Will be making it again for sure, however will have to cut the red potatoes smaller next time, they took a little longer to cook than I thought. Overall great recipe, pork was tender and juicy, not dry at all.
Thank you for the great recipe!
I did 2o minutes at 350 and 20 more at 450 and that’s what worked for me. I must say people – every oven is different. Sometimes chops are bigger or smaller so recipes always have to be adjusted to what works!!! This is the 2nd time I’ve used this recipe (2nd time I only had potatoes and the 1st time I only had green beans) but it’s a wonderful easy tasty recipe.
I made them like the recipe they were awesome. My Dad is a diabetic so I’m going to make them with sweet potatoes instead of red potatoes. 🙂
