One Pan Ranch Pork Chops and Veggies
The easiest 5-ingredient meal EVER! And yes, you just need one pan with 5 min prep. It’s quick, easy and effortless!
Yes. It’s the other white meat. Damn Delicious is taking a momentary break from all the chicken recipes and bringing out the pork goodness made on a single sheet pan.
And not only does this come together on a single pan with your desired veggies but you only need 5 ingredients! The main ingredient here is of course, the Ranch Seasoning and Salad Dressing Mix. If this product is not available in your country, there are many DIY recipes available online.
But for those of you who have access to this, I would stock up on this seasoning mix because you can really put this on anything and everything.
Now all you have to do here is sprinkle on that Ranch seasoning onto your pork chops, toss in your veggies, and pop it in the oven. That is it. Really. It’s just 5 ingredients, 5 min prep and one pan. Done.
One Pan Ranch Pork Chops and Veggies
Ingredients
- 4 8-ounce pork chops, bone-in, 3/4-inch to 1-inch thick
- 16 ounces baby red potatoes, halved
- 16 ounces green beans, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 1-ounce package Ranch Seasoning and Salad Dressing Mix
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly oil a baking sheet or coat with nonstick spray.
- Place pork chops, potatoes and green beans in a single layer onto the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Ranch Seasoning and garlic; season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Place into oven and roast until the pork is completely cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 140 degrees F, about 20-22 minutes.* Then broil for 2-3 minutes, or until caramelized and slightly charred.
- Serve immediately, garnished with parsley, if desired.

Absolutely delicious. I did cook mine a little longer, closer to 35 minutes but I think 30 would be perfect in my oven. I flipped the chops halfway and I did quarter my potatoes since they were a bit larger. The flavor was amazing! I’m wondering if this can be swapped with different veggies? Love that it cleaned up easily, too. Definitely going into rotation.
Yes, absolutely, but please keep in mind that certain veggies will need less cooking time as others.
This was a great recipe! The only change I made was to turn over the irk chops halfway through.
This is a great recipe!!! The only change I made was turning the pork chops over halfway!
I’ve got this ready and prepped for the oven now, just waiting for the husband to let me know he’s the on the way home! Two questions…
1. What size pan do you use? I had to use two 9×13 pans to fit everything.
2. Do you use the entire packet of ranch? I used a little more than half of it, and it seemed like an awful lot of seasoning. But I also have a limited taste for ranch.
1. I used an 11×17 pan.
2. Yes, I used the entire packet, but as always, I recommend adding to taste to suit your preferences.
I hope it turned out well!
Thank you for this very easy delicious recipe!! I made this last night and the whole family loved it. Do you have any other one-pan wonders? We are going on a beach trip soon and I would love to have more recipes like this on hand to make while we are there. Thanks for all of your fantastic recipes and beautiful food photography!
Yes! Please feel free to check out more of my one pot/pan recipes here: https://damndelicious.net/category/one-pot/.
It took a bit over 20 minutes for this dish to go from ingredients in the fridge/pantry, to recipe in the oven. It was well worth the time – delicious! My family said I should definitely make it again, and I will!
I think I’ve found tonight’s dinner! Looks awesome, thanks for the easy inspiration. Pork is such a nice way to change it up from the usual chicken.
Have you tried this on a grill?
I have not tried this on a grill.
Cooking time seems to be way off. It’s been in oven nowfor 30 minutes and the potatoes aren’t done but everything else is. I even cut the baby potatoes into 1/4s.
Heidi, if the potatoes are not done even after 30 minutes, they may just be too big. It may be best to chop them even smaller for next time.
My daughter made a similar recipe & our potatoes weren’t done either. So, I was thinking maybe cook the potatoes halfway (like you do baked potatoes) in microwave first & then cut up & put on pan & cook with rest of meal.
Heidi,
I made this tonight. I cut the potatoes into small pieces and I had the same problem with the cooking time. I placed them on a separate pan and returned them to the oven for another 20 minutes. The recipe was tasty, however I feel this is not a one-pan recipe..
I tried this recipe but after reading these comments, decided to put the potatoes in first. After 15 mins, added everything else to the pan and cooked for 20 more mins. It came out perfectly!
Wish I would have read the comments first. I’ve already doubled the cooking time and the potatoes are still not done. I used baby fingerlings cut in half.
One-pan recipes are the best, for sure. I always forget about pork when I’m planning menus, but I think we’ll have to try this one out!
Looks wonderful, i’m trying this out tonight! My green beans seem to be a lot thicker than the ones pictured and I’m worried they’ll take longer to cook… thoughts?
You can blanch them first if you think the green beans will not be cooked within the time frame.
this might be a really lame question….but is there any way i could make this using the actual bottle of ranch? that’s what i have on hand….
Sari, this is really best when the seasoning packet is used.
I love one pot meals. They’re great when camping, too.
Beautiful meal, Chungah! I love how it’s all made in just one pan! And this looks like a seriously flavorful chicken dinner! 🙂 Thanks for sharing! 😀
Could you use boneless pork chops
Yes, absolutely, but you may have to adjust cooking time as needed.
Can I use carrots instead of green beans?
Yes, absolutely.
How long did you cook it for with boneless pork chops?
