Pineapple Mint Spritzer
Simple, refreshing and wonderfully bubbly, made in 5 min with just 3 ingredients. It doesn’t get any easier than this!
Summer is quickly coming to a close, but that doesn’t mean we can’t sip on these pineapple spritzers as if we’re still in the middle of June with our toes in the sand.
And with only 3 ingredients, you can sip on this all day every day, 365 days of the year, whether it’s with Moscato or sparkling water for a non-alcoholic version.
Although we all know that the former is just so much better.

Hi Chungah,
I am so curious. What kind of Moscato should I buy? I am looking at the Internet and there are many different type of favor. What do you suggest for me to get one?
It’s really up to you and your preferences! 🙂
Dear CHUNGAH, Happy New Year! Thank you for your excellent article on PINEAPPLE MINT SPRITZER. By the way, I wish you could add video in this article but the images were awesome. Keep the great writing skill up. Thanks again for giving me a good resource. Waiting for your reply!
What do you do with you leftover mint?
It is best to store it in the fridge until the next use.
Love how easy and pretty this is – what a great thing to serve to guests since the cocktail and mocktail version would both be so tasty. How is summer really ending?!
I sat here and read the recipe, and my mouth actually started watering! It is so hot outside I am going to make this later today and sip it poolside. Thanks for this refreshing, easy to make summer drink!
My upcoming poolside 105 degree weekend just got SO much better!! Pinned 🙂
So gorgeous and refreshing!
Need! Just pinned it… so simple I don’t know why I didn’t think of it myself! Thanks for sharing 🙂
Wow! These looks delicious and so refreshing! Yum!
I totally agree about summer coming to a close but not acting like it. Let’s let summer happen thought September, OK? 🙂
Three ingredients?!? Five minutes?!? Girl after my own heart! Will be making this tomorrow…or sooner!
STOP IT. This needs to be in my hand, while I sit in the sun and dream of being on the beach. I have so much mint in my yard too. Yup, making this. It’s 5 o’clock somewhere, right?
