Asian Garlic Noodles
Simply delish! I am mid bite writing this review because I am so appreciative of low budget high quality recipes. You have to try this. I didn’t have spaghetti so I subbed chow mein noodles and it did not disappoint. Thank you for such an amazing dish!

2
Instant Pot Korean Beef
Delicious. I cut the meat and mixed the liquid earlier in the day which helped speed up the process. I did sauté the meat before pressure cooking. Served with brown rice and steamed carrots. The guys in my family ate it all!

3
Easy Thai Shrimp Soup
Delicious, easy, and a cinch to customize. I used cauliflower rice, some sugar snap peas, but it is the broth that works so well with many veggie additives. Will make this again and again.

4
Asian Salmon in Foil
This could not be quicker or more delicious! I made this on an evening when I really didn’t feel like cooking. Literally takes a few minutes to have a restaurant-quality dish. Definitely going in the rotation! I served it with asparagus and nothing else, because, again, I really didn’t feel like cooking. Next time I’ll add rice.

5
Chinese Chicken Salad
Perfect in every way, so easy to make. I have been craving Chinese Chicken Salad but could never find a good one at any restaurant. This was exactly what I wanted and remember from my favorite restaurant back home. My daughter and her friends loved it too.

6
Thai Peanut Chicken Noodles
One of my favorite staple recipes. My whole family loves this! We drizzle chili oil on top!!
-Angela
7
Sesame Chicken Bowls
This recipe was delicious! I followed the recipe exactly with the exception of using a regular pan instead of a cast iron skillet. The sauce was perfect and the chicken was so tender. Even my picky eater loved this recipe!

8
PF Chang’s Chicken Lettuce Wraps
Just made this tonight! Omg!! I followed the recipe exactly (didn’t use the optional siracha) and these taste just like PF Chang’s!!
-Julie
9
Korean Beef Bowl
I make this about once a week. I always double it. We have it with steamed broccoli or in romaine lettuce boats and steamed white rice, all varieties. I love it. My mom even loves it and she lived in Korea for 10 years. My son loves it. I add hot pepper paste, and sometimes a bit less sugar. Excellent and easy recipe!!!

10
Panda Express Chow Mein Copycat
2nd time making this week! So good! I just used a pack of Mr.Noodle (no seasoning pack) because that’s what I had on hand. My picky teenager loved it!

Thai Basil Chicken Bowls
My whole family loves this recipe. I double the sauce since they always come back for seconds.

12
Vegetable Spring Rolls with Peanut Sauce
Best recipe I have made for the first time in a long while.

13
Sheet Pan Beef and Broccoli
This recipe is a staple in our house. I double the sauce, swap out the steak based on what’s on sale/what I have on hand (flank steak, burnt ends), and toss the broccoli in a little oil before hitting the oven. So freaking easy and so few dishes.
-Jenn
14
Egg Drop Soup
Absolutely delicious! I added some fresh spinach. So comforting. I reheated the leftovers adding a little more broth. Thanks so much! I’ll be making this often!

15
Peanut Chicken Lettuce Wraps
Made this last night and was a hit with all – which does not usually happen. I started getting texts asking what smelled so good and even one asking where I had ordered from. It was done in 25 minutes which was also a plus.

Quick Ramen Noodle Stir Fry
One of my favorites, double the sauce. Stir fry some veggies, cook some noodles. Mix all together. It’s the best noodle dish. We love it!
-Lori
My mouth was watering thinking of the possibilities.
Love your recipes. Keep up the good work. I enjoy them all. I keep them all in a “Damn Delish” file.
That’s awesome Pat, thank you so much for your feedback 🙂
great resource, thank you, you cracked the code of PF Chang’s lettuce wraps. nice!
What a great round up! I love the idea of better than takeout, but I don’t always love the time and effort. Like if it takes twice as long as it would take to go to the restaurant and order it, that’s not really better in my book, lol. These look delicious and fast!
