Grilled Sausages, Peppers and Potatoes
The most amazing grilled sausage platter for your next potluck or BBQ! This is easy to prepare and so impressive!
Hosting potlucks and BBQs at home can be super stressful.
I get super type-A about it, making sure every little detail is just perfect. Then the stress just takes over, and I either reschedule or cancel.
It’s not cute.
But this beautiful sausage platter is the answer to all of my problems.
First off, Ben does all the grilling and I do all the cleaning. It’s a win-win. The kitchen inside the house stays perfectly clean while Ben does all the hard work. Thanks, dear!
Plus, we have every variety of sausage here with perfectly grilled baby potatoes and smoky, charred mini bell peppers. It’s basically a platter of dreams coming true.
And it really needs to make an appearance at your next get-together.

Where can I get copies of your books
My cookbook is available here. 🙂
Love love love all your recipes! Do you think this could be cooked in the oven? Thinking winter here!
Pat, you can try to pop this in the oven but unfortunately, without further recipe testing, I cannot answer with certainty. As always, please use your best judgment when making substitutions and modifications.
If you have a gas range, try using a cast iron stove top grill during the winter. I have one that goes over two burners. Mine is a flat griddle on one side and a ridged grill on the other.
This looks absolutely delish and I do plan to prepare. What I’d like to ask if you would/could do a segment on how to style platters like you do. They are almost as tasty as your recipes. Thanks.
I swear Chungah you could post a recipe for grilled legos and I’d want to make it. 🙂 Thanks for sharing another recipe with awesome pictures.
Do you grill the potatoes and mini peppers directly on the grill grates or place them in a pan?
You can grill them directly on the grill.
Grilled Sausages, Peppers and Potatoes recipe shows a small dish of something alongside of the main dish. I do not see anything listed in the ingredient list of what this is. Is it mustard or some sort of sauce mix for the sausages? Please let me know what the ingredients are for this dish. thanks, rose
It is whole grain mustard for serving, if desired. 🙂
This looks totally amazing! Unfortunately, I do not have a grill. Any suggestions as to how I can do this without one? Many thanks!
