Dark Cherry Smoothie Bowls
A quick and easy breakfast that takes less than 10 minutes to make in the morning! It’s also nutrient-rich and budget-friendly!!!
I’ve been so excited to go to bed lately.
Because the minute I wake up, I head straight to the blender to make this bowl of goodness.
From the dark cherry fruit to the hidden greens and a teensy bit of chocolate delight, breakfast couldn’t taste any better.
But the milk is the real hero here with only 3 ingredients: milk, vitamin D, and vitamin A.
Nutrient-rich and budget-friendly, milk is not overly processed and includes simple ingredients that deliver essential nutrients to your body, regardless of your shape or size.
It’s THE PERFECT addition to any well-balanced diet, which helps keep the body running.
And key to this recipe will be ensuring your milk is real cow’s milk.
Some non-dairy milks have up to 10 added ingredients, and I much prefer to keep it simple.
If you’re concerned about calories or if you’re lactose intolerant, Fear no more!
Milk comes in a variety of forms including low-fat, non-fat, and lactose-free.
