Whipped Strawberry Butter
The easiest 3-ingredient strawberry butter made in 5 min – so good, you’ll want to eat it with a spoon!
Whenever I go to those fancy breakfast places, they always have those special butters – maple butter, strawberry butter, raspberry butter – you name it. But little did I know that these butters are actually one of the easiest things to make! Plus, with this strawberry butter here, all you need is 5 minutes of your time and 3 ingredients. How easy is that?
Now I should warn you – since this is one of the easiest things you could make, you will probably make this all the time. As a result, you will be slathering this on anything and everything you could get your hands on. And if you’re anything like me, you’ll have no shame in eating this with a spoon!
Whipped Strawberry Butter
Ingredients
- 1 cup strawberries
- ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 2 tablespoons confectioner’s sugar
Instructions
- In a large bowl, crush strawberries using the back of a spoon or a potato masher; set aside.
- In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with paddle attachment, beat butter on medium speed until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes. With mixer on low speed, add crushed strawberries and confectioners’ sugar, beating just until incorporated.
- Serve immediately.*

I love strawberry butter and this looks fabulous!
My post with strawberry butter is one of my more popular ones. I made it as an ‘aside’ to the strawberry banana bread I had made which was supposed to be the star, and that darn strawberry butter got more love and attention than the bread 🙂
Strawberry butter and banana bread – I want it ALL!
I have yet to try fancy butters like this, but it sounds delightful! It would be soooooo good on waffles and pancakes, mmmm ^ ^
This looks beautiful, I bet it’s just wonderful on toast in the morning!
