Raspberry Limoncello Prosecco
Amazingly refreshing, bubbly, and sweet – a perfect summer cocktail that you can make in just 5 minutes!
We made it! After 2 days of driving down the California coast, we have successfully moved into our new place. We currently do not have any furniture in the house so we’re sleeping on an air mattress and catching up on our tv shows on our living room floor. I’m also sipping on this glorious summer cocktail as I’m unpacking boxes left and right – hey, we all need some sort of balance, right?
Now this cocktail – I could seriously sip on this all day. It’s wonderfully refreshing and sweet with all that bubbly goodness. You can also toss in some frozen raspberries or strawberries for that elegant touch – either way, these cocktails go perfectly for a summer party or an added bonus to get you through the week.
And I promise you – I won’t judge you if you start sipping on this at 10AM because, well, that’s exactly what I’ve been doing this entire week!

The raspberries in the picture do not look like frozen raspberries which are usually sad collapsed things not the plump berries shown. That said, frozen raspberries would probably contribute more flavor and color to the cocktail than fresh ones.
These are actually fresh raspberries that I froze myself!
Just wondering, how much of each alcohol do you put into the mix? More processco than limoncello or an even mixture of both?
Alex, the recipe calls for 3 cups prosecco and 1 cup limoncello liqueur.
Why does this drink seem familiar to me? I think you have another older post with prosecco and berries, right? I think I need to make them both and then do a taste test 🙂 Congrats on making it through your move and even posting – amazing! Love the images, too!
Yes, I have another prosecco one that I made over Christmas time. I just can’t get enough prosecco 🙂
Which one did you use for Christmas?
I used this one! 🙂
Avery – I actually created this cocktail that Georgia originally adapted hers from which inspired Chung-Ah. You probably saw it on Pinterest; it has been pinned a lot!
This looks like one refreshing drink! Pinning.
Wow, this drink looks super refreshing! I love boozy raspberries, they are the best!
Refreshing is right! This looks so perfect for a summer party. Good luck with moving and everything!
Yum – this looks perfectly lovely and refreshing! I’m moving later this month too – having a few glasses of this while unpacking sounds like a great idea 🙂
This looks super refreshing! I’m glad to hear that you guys made it and are slowly unpacking. Doesn’t moving want to make you get rid of all of the extra “stuff” in your life?! That’s how I always feel. This drink looks amazing and I love lemoncello!
Yes! We have donated most of our things but there are still a ton of stuff left to unpack!
Mmm I love your recipes for drinks, they always look so stunning and refreshing 😀 x
Looks delicious, bubbly, refreshing…a perfect summer drink!
